If your box has not arrived on the anticipated delivery day, you can always find the most up to date information regarding your box on your tracking link. This can be found on the Upcoming Menu's page. Unfortunately, unexpected delays can sometimes occur but our shipping partners will do their best to deliver your box on your anticipated delivery day.
When to wait: If your box is less than 24 hours late please hold off on reaching out to our Customer Experience team. Our boxes are designed to keep your ingredients fresh for at least 72 hours while in transit. If your box arrives later than normal we encourage you to inspect the ingredients in your box and to let us know if anything is amiss.
When to contact us: If your tracking link indicates that your box has either an exception or has been discarded please let us know.
