We'll charge your card on Thursday the week before your shipment is scheduled to arrive.

Prior to Thursday's charge, you will see a pre-authorization hold on your card that Wednesday. This is a temporary authorization hold and will appear as a pending charge.

Purple Carrot uses an authorization hold to confirm funds are available for the upcoming delivery. The authorization hold is then removed from your statement by your financial institution when the charge is captured on Thursday.
