It's all about the ingredients in the box, standardization of packaging, and variation in the size of the fruits and vegetables we send you. In many instances ingredients are bound by the farmers' or manufactures' packaging (think tofu, canned goods, or even pints of cherry tomatoes). In other instances, we need to send different sized produce depending on whether you're making 2 or 6 servings. As a result, our nutritional values change to account for these factors. You can be sure, no matter the serving size, ingredients are used proportionally in both plans. And, ultimately, we always design recipes to maximize nutrition and taste.
