If you’d like to skip or cancel your account before your next shipment, you must do so before Tuesday night at 11:59 PM EST, the week prior to scheduled shipment. Any account changes made after this deadline will go into effect the week following your last shipment.

We offer the option to pause or cancel your Purple Carrot subscription via the following steps:

1.) Log into your Purple Carrot account
2.) Navigate to your name in the upper right hand corner (for mobile users, click the list icon on the top left of the page)
3.) Click “My Profile”
4.) Navigate to Account Settings, and next to “Subscription Status,” click “Change”
5.) Select your option to pause or cancel your subscription
6.) If cancelling, complete the short survey and follow cancellation instructions to complete
